Retreats at The Willow Sanctuary are run on a quarterly basis with limited spaces available to keep each gathering small and personal. 

To secure your place, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Each retreat is carefully planned in advance, and because they run only a few times a year, we are unable to offer refunds in the event of a cancellation.

For the wellbeing of all guests, we kindly ask that you do not attend if you are unwell. 

The Willow Sanctuary reserves the right to cancel, refuse entry or amend a retreat if necessary.
