At The Willow Sanctuary we offer seasonal ASMR & wellness retreats.

Please contact The Willow Sanctuary directly. The Haybarn cannot help with anything other than staying at the venue.
Guests are advised to arrive 10 minutes early and to wait outside until called in.. The session will begin if you have or haven't arrived.
The retreats are a full day; 10am -6pm. It is advised you allow enough time to travel to the venue. Doors open at 10am but it is recommended you arrive 10 minutes early for a prompt start. Doors close at 6pm, You need to vacate the premises as soon as possible,

It is advised that you bring the following: a jumper or cardigan, coat or raincoat, wellies or boots, indoor slippers and/or cosy socks. Hand towel or towel, sunglasses, glasses if you need them, drinks bottle, headphones and a book if you like to read. Please note, any kind of shoes are not allowed in the barn.
Even though some food and drinks are supplied, you can bring food or drink with you if you wish, please note there is no kitchen. Please do not bring anything with peanuts in.

An autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.

No, ASMR is not sexual. It is intended solely for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. If any behaviour is deemed as inappropriate, you will be made to leave.
